This wellbeing programme shares the most important information women need about their health, hormones and wellbeing. 

The programme combines Fitness Pilates with wellbeing videos, workouts and worksheets.

Start where you want and spend as long on each step as you need. Each step is presented through bitesize videos with easy to implement bitesize lifestyle strategies. 

The Fitness Pilates workouts use the original teachings, principals and exercises of Joseph Pilates delivered in a modern and functional way.

Fitness Pilates improves posture, back and core strength and mental cognition whilst enhancing mobility, flexibility and balance in a non-intimidating, fun and enjoyable class set to music.

It is an all-inclusive programme designed to strengthen weaker areas of the body and is suitable for all levels of fitness and general healthy adult.
