Moments of Intuition
I am much more able to recognize moments of intuition (and distinguish them from mind-generated scenarios), and this intuition has become sharper and more precise—for example, through flashes about how a situation will unfold, its outcome, or things I should do or take with me because they will be needed, and so on. I would say this is one of the effects of the entire course, not just a specific technique.
I also have a new “experience” during Kundalini awakening—the fact that I made a certain progress (even a small one) has brought me so much happiness!
